Abu Hurairah reported: “There are people who fast and get nothing from their fast except hunger, and there are those who pray and get nothing from their prayer but a sleepless night.”
[Sunan Ibn Majah 1690]
Oh, ya Akhi! Turn off that Tv, put down your phone, resist that urge to sleep, the urge to let the day pass away because you are fasting.
Plan your time constructively and spend every minute you can in the remembrance of Allah. The glorious month of Ramadan is here. An opportunity to rake in multiple rewards from the Almighty, do not let it just go by!
