1st Semester Exams: Speech from MSSN FUTA Ameer

The sun rises when it is time to rise, the rain falls when it is time to fall, we pray when it is time to pray, and we succeed when it is time for succession. These are signs from Allah, The Greatest and The Wisest. Humans reason with time, we plant when it is raining, we harvest when the time arises, and we spread our clothes when the sun is out.

A Speech from the MSSN FUTA Ameer TW

My dear brethren, the time has come for us to succeed and to be tested on our actions and capabilities. Let us remember, the constant flow of water prevents it from smell and dirt, our preparation and reliance upon Allah can prevent us from re-attempting.

Mind you, if the farmer hadn’t prepared the seed before it started raining, he wouldn’t have made it (to sow the seeds), and if we hadn’t washed cloth before the sun rises, we wouldn’t have made it also. If we do not prepare ourselves adequately, I hope we know the outcome (failure). Therefore failure teaches us to look back and amend our ways (if it is not too late).

Dear brothers & sisters, let us prepare adequately for this exam, let us depend on Allah and supplicate to Him “from the enormous authentic prayers that can be found in the Quran and Hadith” to bless our work and crown our efforts with success.

My dear FUTARIANS, The time has come, to represent Islam in the best of manners. The time to be examined, Let us be and remain good ambassadors of Islam.

Lastly, we decide our outcomes with our hands (actions). Let us decide well. The future is bright. May Allah assist us and grant us success.

In conclusion, as this is a well-wishing message, it might be the last speech you receive from me on such an occasion. I wish you all the best that life has to offer. BaarokaLlahu feekum!

Yours in Islam,
Ismail AbdulHafeedh
Ameer, MSSN FUTA
