SUNNAH OF EID-Ul-ADHA
Eid ul Adha is an auspicious day that happens once a year for all Muslims. It is a day of sacrifice and celebration for the Muslims to thank Allah SWT for all His blessings upon us.
Eid is a special day for us all, as it is beautified with a lot of virtues and etiquettes in which some of those etiquettes are listed in the image attached.
However, in celebration of Eid here in FUTA, (In Shaa Allah), The Eid prayer will commence exactly by 9 am at the Federal University of Technology, Akure Central Mosque, Obanla.
All attendees are expected to be on the Eid ground on or before 9am.
Sunnah of Eid-ul-Adha
▪️Recite the Takbeerat from your homes to the eid ground and back home.
▪️Take a different route when going back home.
▪️It is preferable to walk on foot to the eid ground (if it is convenient).
